Our Swedish torches are a great addition to a camp or outdoor cooking.

The heat from the torch is enough to cook on and because it is slow burning the heat will also last for many hours depending on the weather. No extra kindling or wood is required and as the torch burns from the inside out there is very little ash.

The Swedish pine torch originated in Sweden in the 1600’s in the 30 year war. The Swedish soldiers were able to make these wherever they were needed without having to carry wood over long distances. Fresh pine was used to give them heat and comfort.
