As part of a key industry (Energy Sector), The Dry Log Company are not expecting any service or product disruption and it is business (almost) as usual. We hope all our customers are safe and well, and that things will return to normal shortly.

Are you still working?
Our Customer Services team are now working from home, and they are still available 8.30am – 5.30pm Monday to Friday to help with any queries, both on the telephone and by email.

Are deliveries affected?
Our delivery drivers are working hard to keep deliveries within the usual days of Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.

Please be aware however that our normally flexible and accommodating delivery drivers might be more restricted in what they can do and where they can leave your logs. Logs will be delivered to the front of our customers property and we request that customers stay inside to significantly reduce contact with our drivers. 

Will all products be available?
Hardwood supply levels are generally good and we are continuing to cut and dry our stock of logs.  Unlike some, we won’t pre-sell you products that we do not know for certain are arriving.
